A small team building a clearer way to follow regulation.

Founders Pedro Barroca and Stefan Rack are building Intelext around one idea: regulatory intelligence should be useful quickly and remain easy to verify.

The founder story

Regulatory teams work across fragmented official sources, long documents, and recurring deadlines. The hard part is not finding more information. It is seeing what matters without losing the source trail.

That is the problem Pedro and Stefan chose to work on with Intelext: bring monitoring, briefings, timelines, and cited questions into one focused workspace. The product is in beta because it should grow from real regulatory work, not assumptions made in isolation.

The general idea

Start with the original source. Add concise context. Keep every important claim inspectable. Then use a person’s role and interests to decide what deserves attention first.

Intelext is not meant to replace original documents or expert judgment. It is meant to make the path from regulatory change to informed review shorter and clearer.

A roadmap shaped by user feedback

The direction is clear, but the order is deliberately flexible. Beta users help decide which problems deserve attention first.

  1. 01

    Improve the signal

Expand useful source coverage carefully while making summaries, evidence, and relevance judgments more dependable.

  2. 02

    Make relevance personal

Keep refining briefings, monitoring, and answers around each user’s role, regions, products, and saved interests.

  3. 03

    Connect insight to work

Turn regulatory signals into practical follow-up without separating the action from its supporting evidence.

These are working directions, not fixed delivery promises. Feedback from actual use changes the roadmap.
