Intelext is a free beta. Check important information against official sources. Do not submit sensitive personal data.
1. Operator and agreement
Stefan Rack operates Intelext from Oeder Weg 43, 60318 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Intelext is a product name, not an incorporated company. Contact: stefan@intelext.io.
You must be at least 18. You accept these Terms when you create an account. If you act for an organization, you must have its authority. “You” means you or that organization, as applicable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Free beta
Intelext provides regulatory updates, timelines, AI answers, personalized briefings, optional weekly email, and public Insights. Access is free. There is no automatic paid conversion. A future paid plan requires your express agreement.
Features, source coverage, and usage limits can change. The beta can have errors and interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete coverage, or suitability for a particular task. Mandatory warranty rights remain unaffected.
3. AI and source checks
Intelext uses AI to prepare answers, summaries, briefings, and other content. AI can give incorrect or outdated information and citations. Check important claims, dates, and requirements against the original authority source before you act.
Intelext supports research. It does not provide legal or medical advice and is not a validated quality or safety system. You remain responsible for qualified review and decisions that affect your work. Third-party sources retain their own rights and terms.
4. Accounts and permitted use
Keep your account information accurate and your password private. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not share accounts, break the law, misuse other people’s data, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
Do not submit patient data, other special-category personal data, criminal-offense data, passwords, or access tokens. Do not use Intelext as a required clinical, quality, or safety record system. Submit confidential business information only if your organization permits this use.
5. Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit us to process it to provide and secure the service. You must have the rights and legal basis needed to submit it. You may use generated output for your work, subject to third-party rights. AI output may not be unique.
The Privacy Notice explains personal-data processing. The DPA applies when we process personal data on your organization’s instructions. The DPA controls if these documents conflict about that processing.
6. Ending use and export
You can stop using Intelext or delete your account at any time. We can suspend access for misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. We can also end the beta. Where practical, we will give advance notice so you can export your data.
You can request a machine-readable export before account deletion. Exports exclude credentials, security secrets, and other users’ data. Deletion follows the Privacy Notice. Keep copies of information you need. Mandatory export and switching rights remain unaffected.
7. Liability
We remain fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, fraud, and expressly assumed guarantees. Mandatory liability, including under the German Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
For slight negligence, we are liable for breach of an essential contractual duty, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this agreement. Other liability for slight negligence is excluded only where law permits.
8. Terms versions and applicable law
Each account keeps the Terms version accepted at signup. We record the version and acceptance date. A new published version applies to new accounts. It does not change an existing account’s agreement.
German law applies. Consumers retain mandatory protections under the law of their country of residence where applicable. Statutory court jurisdiction applies. Contact details appear in the Impressum.
